Objectives
This year’s edition of InterNucLis conference counts on keynote speakers - Dr. Prof. Ana Frankenberg-Garcia; Dr. Vander Viana and Prof. Edson Canela, and aims to discuss strategies to be implemented at Federal Universities through the actions of the Language Centers for:

Learning assessment
Materials
development
During the event, there will also be a presentation about the functionalities of LUMINA Idiomas , the open access Virtual Learning Environment, developed by the Language Center at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in partnership with the Secretary of Distance Education (SEAD) of UFRGS.
The conference will be an opportunity for reflection and exchange of experiences, seeking to strengthen partnerships between the Language Centers of the Federal Universities of the Southern Region.

The Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) will host the InterNucLis conference in the South - Languages without Borders Program, on the 21st and
22nd of August. Organized by UFRGS’ Languages Department (NucLi - UFRGS), this event will have as attendees general coordinators, pedagogical coordinators and professors of many federal universities’ Languages Centers.

This edition of the conference aims to strengthen partnerships and to discuss strategies to be implemented at the federal universities through actions of the Languages Centers for: teachers’ formation, learning assessment and materials development.
